Lockers Units
ORWISE offers a variety of locker unit options to enhance the customer experience and offer alternative smaller self storage options to customers, particularly in dense urban environments where space is of a premium. This is particularly an ideal solution for students, backpackers, travellers, smaller businesses, etc. who require less space.
Make better use of un-used space within your self storage facility, including to the side of wide corridors, either side of lift shafts, under stairwells, etc. by maximising your overall GLA efficiency and earning additional rental income. The advantages for an operator of double volume two tier (or more) rental locker units, is double volume rental income per m. Maximise your earning potential per mof floor space by up to double the rental return you would charge for a traditional self storage unit. (i.e. should you currently be charging for example R100/mĀ for a traditional size unit, one could achieve up to R200/mfor the same amount of floor space!).
Options include:
- Locker sizing can vary from a one tier to a six tier locker unit (H: 1800 x W: 300 x D: 450mm). Colours available in beige and hammertone grey.
- Alternatively our premier gloss white double volume locker units can be custom designed to your specific size requirements and include our ORWISE double locking bolt lock for added security and overlocking purposes for greater control over client access (overlocking option is particularly a good solution for customers with overdue accounts, etc.).
